EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants invites a dedicated Private Client Relationship Manager to join our Jersey City team. You will deliver exceptional service, advise private clients, and act as an advocate, while collaborating with a cross-functional leadership group to strengthen client partnerships.

This full-time role requires a college degree and a P&C license, with 5+ years of client management experience. We offer a robust compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree required or preferred; P&C license required.
• 5+ years of client management experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Sagitta and ImageRight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service to Private Clients.
• Collaborate with Private Client Relationship Managers and other teams.
• Participate in thought leadership and grow the private client practice.
• Mentor Private Client Associates and build carrier relationships.
• Manage renewal activity from start to close and provide renewal reviews.
• Identify sales opportunities by account rounding and cross-sell.
• Own customer concerns and follow through to completion.
• Remarket accounts as appropriate per agency guidelines.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and prospective discussions.
• Take on additional projects and meet performance standards.
