Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in the Northeast is hiring a Relationship Manager for our Private Client team. In this full-time exempt role, you will provide exceptional service to a group of private clients, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate with Account Managers and leadership.

The position is hybrid with offices in Melville, NY, Bridgehampton, NY, Summit, NJ, Jersey City, NJ, Mt. Laurel, NJ, and the surrounding area.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred / P&C Insurance License required.
• 5+ years client management experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Sagitta (ATS) and ImageRight experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service to Private Clients.
• Collaborate with Private Client Relationship Managers, Account Managers, and leadership.
• Participate in thought leadership as Private Client practice grows.
• Mentor Private Client Associates.
• Develop relationships with carriers and manage renewals end-to-end.
• Look for sales opportunities by account rounding and selling additional coverage.
• Take ownership of client concerns and feedback until resolution.
