• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations for executive audiences; strong skills in Word and Excel.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple projects and initiatives supporting the JPMorgan Private Client business.
• Collaborate with partners across the Affluent segment and other lines of businesses to drive project success.
• Champion the client experience model, ensuring divisional execution meets and exceeds client expectations.
• Direct project activities, monitor details, and set priorities to ensure timely delivery. Conduct root cause analyses and recommend actionable solutions.
• Identify and document best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement value-adding business solutions independently.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations for leadership. Participate in operational and project meetings, providing feedback on project status and serving as the escalation point to keep projects on track.
• Execute commitments with urgency and a solution-focused mindset.
• Identify risks and escalation project issues promptly, helping to resolve them effectively.
