Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate Project Manager within the Private Client unit.

You will report to the Client Experience Support Lead and oversee multiple projects that support the divisional agenda, working with partners across the Affluent segment and other lines of business to deliver results. The role requires strong communication, proven project management skills, and the ability to create compelling presentations for executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in a client-focused environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Consumer Banking, Wealth Management, and Business Banking teams.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; strong Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple projects and initiatives supporting JPMorgan Private Client.
• Collaborate with partners across the Affluent segment and other lines of businesses to drive project success.
• Champion the client experience model, ensuring divisional execution meets client expectations.
• Direct project activities, monitor details, and set priorities to ensure timely delivery; conduct root cause analyses.
• Identify and document best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement value-adding business solutions independently.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations for leadership.
• Participate in operational and project meetings, providing feedback on project status and serving as the escalation point to keep projects on track.
• Execute commitments with urgency and a solution-focused mindset.
• Identify risks and escalated project issues promptly, helping to resolve them effectively.
