Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple projects supporting JPMorgan Private Client.
• Collaborate with Affluent segment and other lines to drive project success.
• Champion the client experience model and ensure divisional execution meets client expectations.
• Direct project activities, monitor details, and set priorities for timely delivery.
• Identify risks and escalate project issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations for leadership.
