Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing projects in a client-focused environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate with multiple banking teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint for executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple projects and initiatives supporting JPMorgan Private Client.
• Collaborate with partners across the Affluent segment and other lines of business to drive project success.
• Champion the client experience model and ensure divisional execution meets client expectations.
• Direct project activities, monitor details, set priorities, and conduct root cause analyses to propose solutions.
• Identify and document best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement value-adding business solutions independently.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations for leadership; participate in meetings and escalate issues as needed.
• Execute commitments with urgency and a solution-focused mindset.
• Identify risks and elevate project issues promptly to keep projects on track.
