Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency is seeking a Private Client Account Executive in Houston, TX. The role focuses on managing client insurance programs, new business, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities with producers and clients.

You will prepare Acord applications, pricing analyses, and renewal proposals while maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of Private Client experience, a TX P&C license, and proficiency with agency systems, Word/Excel, and carrier portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensed Texas P&C Agent required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Process documents for Client Insurance Program using agency system.
• Primary contact with Producer/Client; coordinate renewals.
• Prepare Acords, supplements, proposals for carriers.
• Price policies via carrier sites and Silverplume.
• Manage accounts receivable and direct billing for cancellations.
• Support team with guidance and client-focused solutions.

Education
