Job summary

Raymond James in the United States seeks a Private Client Banking professional to advise FAs and clients on cash solutions, mortgages, and margin lending. You will build relationships across FAs, SAs, and product partners to deliver high-quality service.

In this remote-capable role, you will lead marketing, training, and education efforts, guide credit solutions, and help grow loan production while maintaining exceptional client service across the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate financial concepts into client solutions.
• Experience in advising on cash solutions, mortgages, and lending products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with FAs and clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for FAs on PCB lending and cash solutions.
• Conduct branch visits, FA profiles, and call reports.
• Partner with FAs to provide sound financial advice on PCB products.
• Lead product marketing and training with IBCs for FAs and SAs.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline to meet loan production goals.
• Attend conferences and regional meetings on behalf of RJ Bank.
