Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a remote support specialist to assist financial advisors and clients with proactive virtual support, account maintenance, and high-quality service. The role emphasizes coordinating with advisors, handling forms, transfers, and reporting to ensure smooth client experiences.

Ideal candidates will have an associate’s degree and 5 years of licensed financial services experience, plus licenses such as SIE and Series 7/63/65/66 as required by state.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and five (5) years of licensed financial services industry service experience.
• Branch experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by HR.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with assigned advisors daily to ensure needs are met and support is provided.
• Performs client account maintenance: openings, forms, money movement, monitoring transactions.
• Delivers client support: meeting prep, reports, follow-up, outreach projects.
• Responds promptly to inquiries and requests to provide high-level service.
• Resolves complex client situations by coordinating with home office to ensure timely resolution.
