• Onboard new clients and open accounts; research client data using internal databases.
• Ensure client information and documentation comply with firm and industry rules.
• Process and monitor asset transfers; monitor cash for investment opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports and materials for client meetings; input orders.
• Maintain CRM records and support marketing events.
