Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Senior Account Manager to independently market smaller and/or less complex accounts while delivering exceptional client service. You will mentor colleagues, build carrier relationships, and collaborate with Producers and Marketing Account Executives on larger or more complex accounts.

The role emphasizes handling client analyses, coverage recommendations, and ongoing relationship management across multiple carriers, with hybrid work options and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal lines insurance experience
• HNW or coastal insurance experience

Responsibilities

• Independently market smaller and/or less complex accounts.
• Lead the client service team in service activities related to administration, billing and problem solving.
• Coordinate internal/external activities to ensure timely, accurate handling of new and renewal accounts.
• Continually seek cross-selling opportunities and suggest new lines of coverage.
• Manage the renewal process and prepare marketing information for Producer or client.
