Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to join its Private Client Services team in a hybrid work environment. You will analyze client exposures, propose tailored insurance solutions, and present accurate market data to drive client retention and growth.

This role requires P&C licensing, 3+ years of HNWI personal lines experience, and travel as needed. You will negotiate with multiple carriers to secure comprehensive coverage, deliver proactive service, and participate in

Competenze

• 3+ years' personal lines insurance experience with High-Net-Worth clientele.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Strong client service orientation with ability to manage expectations.
• Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed.

Mansioni

• Assess client exposures and loss experiences to tailor coverages.
• Present clients with accurate market data and tailored solutions.
• Proactively address client questions in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Prepare renewal proposals and conduct annual Client Advisory reviews.
• Grow the business through referrals and expanding client programs; negotiate with carriers.
