The role requires experience with High Net Worth clientele, a P&C license, and strong client communications in a fast-paced environment, with some travel component.

• P&C license is required.
• Client facing experience with strong professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support a high-volume book of business for Private Pleasure Yachts clients.
• Provide proactive day-to-day service by anticipating client needs and answering questions.
• Negotiate with multiple carriers to offer comprehensive coverage options.
• Develop new business through referrals and expanding existing client programs.
• Maintain client information accurately using the agency management system.
