Job summary

Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group in West Hollywood, CA seeks an experienced accountant to manage financial statements, budgeting, cash management, and client billing for high net worth individuals and entertainment clients.

You will prepare timely analyses, support estate planning, review payroll, and coordinate with staff and trusted advisors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and growth of client portfolios in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with high net worth individuals and S Corporation entities; personal accounting and estate planning support.
• Public accounting and/or entertainment industry experience preferred.
• BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Music Business required; CPA eligible preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in adherence to policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present financial analysis, long-term cash flow analysis, and P&L reporting solutions.
• Monitor renewals and claims; review and summarize client agreements.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and in payroll and 1099 processes.
• Review staff work for accuracy; oversee commissions and payments.
• Maintain filings logs and communicate with trusted advisors.
