Qualifications

• Experience using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across the organization.
• Extremely detail-oriented to create accurate and timely reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in adherence to policies, including posting journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and present financial analysis, long-term cash flow analysis, and P&L reporting solutions.
• Monitor insurance renewals and claims for clients.
• Deliver weekly client communications (cash reports, updates).
• Assist in review and summarization of client agreements.
• Create, review and approve budgets, payroll and 1099 reports.
• Assist in onboarding procedures for new clients.
• Record and assess estate planning, assets purchases, and investments with Management.
• Review cash management to monitor credit card activity and fraud alerts.
• Review work and accuracy of Staff Accountants (AP/AR, payroll).
• Oversee timely commissions calculations and payments.
