Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group, Inc is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Corporate team in Nashville. You will manage accurate financial recordkeeping, AR/AP, bank and vendor reconciliations, and support budgeting and month-end close processes.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel to serve high net-worth clients in the entertainment industry.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with strong academic record.
• 3+ years of accounting experience within a public accounting firm and/or entertainment industry OR 3+ years of bookkeeping for high net-worth individuals.

Aufgaben

• Prepare accurate financial recordkeeping for AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and other GL reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly corporate reports and combined reports for business entities.
• Assist with year-end 1099 processing and tax packages.
• Manage monthly memorized transaction list and ensure timely bill payments.
• Assist in monthly and annual budgeting, P&L analysis, and month end close.
