Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with loan systems, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Obtain credit reports on all applications.
• Complete collateral analysis to verify loan viability.
• Review credit information and financial statement spreads.
• Prepare credit proposals with analyses and calculations.
• Assemble information for renewal or review of facilities.
• Conduct underwriting and cash flow calculations for loans.
• Monitor insurance, documentation, and financial data.
• Create and maintain credit files; perform servicing.
• Draft internal and external correspondence.
• Collaborate with other departments on portfolio needs.
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
