Responsibilities

• Obtain credit reports on all applications.
• Complete collateral analysis to verify loan support.
• Review credit information and financial statement spreads.
• Prepare credit proposals with analysis and calculations.
• Assemble information for renewal or review of facilities.
• Conduct underwriting and cash flow calculations for loans.
• Monitor missing documentation and insurance.
• Create and maintain credit files; service accounts.
• Communicate internally and externally as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments on portfolio management.
