Busey Bank seeks a Private Banker II to actively cultivate high-net-worth client relationships, manage deposits, loans, and wealth services. You will prospect, build community connections, and collaborate with internal partners to deepen client engagement.

Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, structuring loans, and delivering exceptional service with expert product knowledge. A banking background and strong credit skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with exposure to Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop Private Banking deposit, wealth and loan relationships with qualifying new and existing clients.
• Refer clients to internal business partners as applicable.
• Provide an exceptional client experience by offering advised solutions and Busey partner referrals to deepen client relationships.
• Drive deposit growth and wealth management opportunities.
• Leverage centers of influence and develop new relationships through prospecting and community events.
• Ensure loans comply with the Bank Loan Policy and monitor risk accordingly.
• Open and service client accounts with Digital Banking collaboration.
