Job summary

MBL Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-workstream Privacy and Information Assurance program for a federal client.

The role requires strategic leadership, technical guidance, and program management expertise to ensure privacy, cybersecurity, and information assurance delivery. The successful candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, interface with senior client leadership, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with federal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• PMP certification is required.
• Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• 11+ years of experience managing complex, multi-workstream federal programs.
• 5+ years of enterprise Privacy Management or Privacy Governance in a federal environment.
• Experience supporting federal privacy, information assurance, cybersecurity, or related government programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing government contracts including SOW execution, LCAT management, budgeting, and client reporting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Privacy certifications (CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, CISSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a multi-workstream privacy and information assurance program.
• Provide subject matter expertise on federal privacy, data protection, information assurance, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on privacy and data protection.
• Advise client leadership on privacy governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage priorities, deliverables, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Design privacy, data protection, and compliance strategies aligned with federal regulations.
• Mentor staff and oversee contract requirements, including SOWs and budgets.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment and drive continuous improvement.
