Job summary

Vervic Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for a Federal Privacy Program to lead a multi-workstream privacy and information assurance effort.

You will provide privacy SME guidance on data protection, compliance practices, and federal cybersecurity standards, and work with the team on SOWs, LCATS, budgeting, and reporting. The role requires PMP certification, a track record managing government contracts, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid DC metro environment, delivering

Qualifications

BS/BA degree (required).
PMP certification (required).
8+ years of experience including supporting and leading multi-workstream programs.
Experience managing federal privacy programs.
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust.

Responsibilities

Lead/participate in privacy data protection and compliance plan design for clients.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on privacy and data protection to clients.
Lead a cross-functional team to track program initiatives, deadlines, and phased implementation.
Support the client and program through organization change planning and modernization.
Support client and team to prioritize business needs and understand user experience.
Oversee weekly/monthly reporting for a multi-workstream team with metrics and discussions.
Maintain quality control for deliverables and resources to meet deadlines and client satisfaction.
Identify lessons learned and drive solutions and recommendations.
Manage staff, participate in hiring, and support staff development.
