Qualificações

• Extensive experience advising on U.S. and international privacy laws and frameworks.
• Lead client relationships with strategic privacy guidance and risk mitigation.
• Experience supporting incident response, breach notification, and investigations.
• Privacy due diligence in M&A and commercial transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating data protection agreements and privacy schedules.
