Job summary

We are supporting a growing U.S. law firm in the search for an experienced Data Privacy Law Attorney to join its fully remote legal team. This role offers Senior Associate, Counsel, or Partner tracks based on experience.

The attorney will advise on a broad range of privacy and transactional matters, including U.S. federal/state privacy laws, DPAs, and privacy provisions, working with senior business and legal stakeholders to provide practical, business-oriented guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data privacy law experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state privacy and data-security laws.
• Hands-on experience with DPAs and privacy provisions.
• Ability to manage complex matters independently and counsel clients clearly.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise clients on privacy and transactional matters.
• Draft and negotiate DPAs, privacy provisions, and commercial agreements.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to teams.
• Lead privacy programs, data mapping, audits, and governance.
• Collaborate with business, technology, security, marketing, and legal teams.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to practice development.
