The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience advising on U.S. and international privacy regimes, lead client relationships, guide incident response, and support M&A due diligence

Qualifications

• Extensive experience advising on U.S. and international privacy laws and frameworks.
• Ability to provide practical guidance on compliance, risk management, incident response, and data use.
• Experience serving clients across tech, healthcare, education, media, retail, and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead privacy and data protection strategy for clients and matters.
• Mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with senior attorneys and practice leaders.
• Draft and negotiate data protection agreements and privacy schedules.
