Qualifications

• Extensive experience advising on U.S. and international privacy laws and frameworks.
• Ability to provide practical, forward-thinking guidance on compliance and risk.
• Experience supporting incident response, breach notification, and regulatory inquiries.
• Experience in privacy due diligence in M&A and commercial transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation of data protection agreements and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Privacy & Data Protection practice and mentor junior lawyers.
• Counsel clients across industries on privacy compliance and risk.
• Develop thought leadership and expand the practice footprint.
