Job summary

TD Bank US Compliance in Mount Laurel, New Jersey seeks a Privacy and Data Compliance Governance & Operations Manager to lead enterprise programs, develop frameworks, and drive training, monitoring and reporting across the privacy function.

You will partner with senior management to implement a scalable privacy program, manage incident response, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, while guiding cross-functional teams in a dynamic, start-up-like environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data privacy, governance or regulatory compliance.
• CIPP/US, CIPT, CDMP or equivalent certification.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of governance processes and enterprise compliance programs.
• Provide governance guidance on privacy initiatives, incident management and reporting.
• Coordinate Privacy LMS training updates and completion rates.
• Oversee Privacy Designate Mandate including list management and access.
• Prepare summaries and presentations for management and governance committees.
