• Experience building high-performing audit teams in a large financial institution.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit plan design for data governance and data management across US applications.
• Oversee recruitment, development, and performance of audit staff.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise audit teams and reporting to senior management.
• Identify control gaps and report findings clearly and timely.
• Manage division budget within plan and risk.
