Parsons is seeking a Compliance Manager - Privacy to lead the data governance and privacy program for the Gateway Development Commission. You will oversee policy development, privacy audits, incident tracking, and regulatory compliance across NJ/NY jurisdictions, coordinating with senior leadership and external partners.

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in data privacy.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience with data governance and privacy under NJ/NY law.
• Minimum seven (7) years in data privacy and governance; drafting policies, procedures, communications and training.

• Establish and lead a data governance privacy program.
• Establish a data privacy audit program.
• Review GDC’s data and privacy activities for best practices and legal obligations.
