Job summary

Bill.com, LLC. is seeking a Sr. Privacy Program Manager to scale privacy operations across Legal and Compliance. You will own key parts of BILL's privacy program and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Information Security, CX and Procurement.

The role reports to the Director, Legal and drives privacy strategy, DSAR processes, vendor privacy reviews, and AI-enabled improvements while building data maps and privacy training.

Qualifications

• Experience with privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, HIPAA) and US state privacy rules.
• Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, GC.ai, Harvey) in drafting and assessments.
• Familiarity with AI privacy risks and vendor AI terms.
• Experience with privacy tech platforms (OneTrust, Transcend, TrustArc).
• Ability to coordinate across senior leaders, geographies, and external partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication; issue spotting and proactive action.

Responsibilities

• Own privacy and data governance program components and ensure alignment with Legal and Compliance.
• Serve as main privacy escalation contact and DSAR program owner end-to-end.
• Lead privacy impact assessments for products, features and vendors.
• Conduct privacy reviews for AI features and internal AI tool adoption.
• Develop data maps and processing records; stay current on systems with personal data.
• Deliver privacy training for employees and teams, and draft policies and SOPs.
• Monitor evolving privacy laws and translate implications for the business.
• Identify and implement automation and AI tools to scale privacy operations.
• Track and report program metrics to Legal leadership.
