Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a Privacy Governance Administrator to embed privacy into business operations, technology decisions, and data practices across the enterprise. You will lead privacy programs, conduct DSARs, PIAs, and vendor reviews, and partner with Legal, IT, and Marketing to ensure responsible data management.

The role emphasizes governance, data inventories, data maps, and ongoing privacy improvements, with opportunities to drive scalable processes and strengthen trust with consumers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, data governance, compliance, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years supporting or leading data privacy governance initiatives.
• Experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders with deadlines.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical business actions and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead Privacy Assessments (PAs), PIAs, and other privacy reviews for products, technologies, vendors, and processes.
• Serve as a privacy stakeholder in third-party risk management with Legal, Procurement, and Information Security.
• Maintain oversight of privacy risks, remediation plans, and compliance obligations enterprise-wide.
• Monitor evolving privacy laws and translate requirements into actionable guidance and controls.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory inquiries, and remediation efforts to address privacy risks.
