NetJets is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide expert guidance on cybersecurity, data privacy, and data protection across the organization. The role partners with IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, HR, and leadership to manage legal risk while supporting strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in privacy law, data processing agreements, and cross‑border data transfers, with a track record of advising senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience.
• Substantial experience advising on cybersecurity, data privacy, and data protection matters.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology agreements, data processing agreements, and contractual provisions relating to information security and data protection.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary legal advisor and SME on cybersecurity and data privacy.
• Advise on GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other privacy laws and regulations.
• Lead legal analysis of data breaches and security incidents, including incident response.
• Draft and negotiate data privacy, cybersecurity, and information security provisions in contracts.
• Provide practical legal guidance to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Manage outside counsel as needed.
• Support enterprise privacy policies and training initiatives.
