NetJets Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide expert legal guidance on cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

You will collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, HR, and business leadership to anticipate and mitigate legal risks while enabling strategic initiatives. The role requires extensive experience in privacy and data protection matters, drafting technology agreements, and leading incident response efforts in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, ideally combining law firm and in-house corporate roles.
• Substantial experience advising on cybersecurity, data privacy, data protection, and related regulatory compliance matters.
• Knowledge of U.S. privacy laws, including state privacy regimes and data breach notification requirements.
• Experience advising on cybersecurity incidents, regulatory obligations, and incident response processes.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology agreements, data processing agreements, and data protection provisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor on cybersecurity, data privacy, and data protection matters.
• Provide guidance on privacy laws and regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Advise on cybersecurity governance, risk management, and information security policies.
• Support incident response, breach notification obligations, and regulatory reporting.
• Draft and negotiate data protection provisions in vendor and technology agreements.
• Monitor privacy and cybersecurity developments and translate into actionable guidance.
