Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctorate required and active bar membership.
• 10+ years of legal experience in corporate, labor, contracts, or regulatory areas.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to partner with business units and advise on risk.

Aufgaben

• Manage litigation matters, arbitrations and agency actions where NetJets is a party.
• Provide legal advice to internal business clients concerning a variety of legal matters, including rights, risks, and obligations.
• Research and analyzes laws, regulations and related cases; monitor changes in the law.
• Assist in review and negotiation of contracts, such as procurement, benefits and fractional program contracts.
• Develop and deliver training on compliance issues, such as employment, ethics, safety, FCPA, anti-bribery, privacy and other laws.
