Job summary

Allstate is seeking a highly motivated attorney with deep privacy expertise to join Arity's legal team and shape data-driven products. You will counsel on privacy laws, consent, and data use across advertising, marketing and product teams.

This fully remote role requires 7+ years of experience, a J.D., and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while balancing business objectives.

Qualifications

• J.D. required; active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive legal experience in law firm or in-house.
• Expertise in privacy, AdTech, FCRA, technology transactions, data governance or regulated industries.
• Experience advising within corporate structures with strategic counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic privacy counsel on U.S. state privacy laws, GDPR and global frameworks.
• Partner with privacy program leads to ensure regulatory compliance and support data governance and AI regulations.
• Advise on consent management, consumer choice mechanisms, and data collection rules.
• Counsel on data licensing, data supply, and data-driven business partnerships.
• Guide business stakeholders on data strategy, governance, disclosures, and lifecycle management.
