Scion Staffing, Inc. partners with a nationally recognized Am Law firm to recruit a mid-to-senior level Privacy Associate. This role centers on privacy counseling, government investigations, and evolving regulatory issues at the intersection of AI and data protection.

The team advises startups to global companies on privacy, Adtech, health data, and online safety, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for long-term advancement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of privacy law experience.
• National or sophisticated law firm experience.
• Experience handling government investigations or privacy enforcement.
• Strong privacy counseling and compliance experience.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Defending clients in privacy and consumer protection investigations.
• Advising businesses on compliance with evolving federal and state privacy laws.
• Counseling clients on AI, Adtech, sensitive/health data, children and teen privacy, data broker regulations, online safety requirements.
• Drafting advocacy materials, regulatory submissions, and client guidance.
• Working directly with clients to develop practical, business-focused privacy strategies.
