Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required and active bar membership in good standing.
• Experience in commercial law, privacy, advertising/marketing, technology, AI.
• Experience in corporate or in-house legal departments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel on a wide array of business matters including product development, marketing, sales, and emerging technologies.
• Draft, structure, and negotiate complex commercial and data service agreements, especially in advertising and marketing contexts.
• Advise on regulatory risk, privacy, and consumer protection issues relevant to mobile and digital platforms.
