Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6 years of experience in related field.
• Experience in regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise-level subject matter expert on Paychex products and services with focus on privacy compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure compliance needs are communicated and executed.
• Lead formulation of department policies, strategic plans, and standards in the Compliance function.
• Manage complex compliance projects and participate in project teams as needed.
• Conduct research on complex regulatory issues and recommend changes to products or services.
