Paychex seeks a compliance-focused professional to provide strong internal-support, mitigate risk, and ensure regulatory alignment across products and services. You will research regulatory developments, advise changes, and lead relationships with regulators and external partners.

The role entails managing complex compliance projects, supporting policy formulation, and delivering risk analyses and training across teams in a fast-paced organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4 years of experience in related field
• Strong communication skills preferred
• Management and leadership experience preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance is a plus
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation

Responsabilités

• Conducts research on complex compliance issues impacting Paychex products and services.
• Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external partners to communicate and execute compliance needs.
• Assesses compliance implications of acquisitions, new products, and marketing materials to ensure compliance objectives.
• Serves as subject matter expert on laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Leads complex compliance projects and engages partners to support strategic initiatives.
• Supports policy formulation and standards within the Compliance function.
• Provides risk analyses and mitigations to internal partners.
• Creates learning opportunities through alerts, webinars, and newsletters.
• Other duties as assigned.
