Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 8 years of privacy, compliance, risk management, legal or audit experience.
• Preferred: Juris Doctor or Master’s degree; professional privacy/regulatory certifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business initiatives to ensure privacy law compliance.
• Provide risk-balanced compliance guidance to the business lines.
• Maintain expert knowledge of privacy laws and regulations and advise on developments.
• Interact with partners to influence processes, procedures and controls.
• Assess remediation of findings and consumer complaints.
• Engage with subject matter experts and testing teams within the department.
• Identify trends in data and advise on internal/external risks.
• Ensure the team delivers on the compliance management program.
