Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience required.
• 8+ years in privacy, compliance, risk management, legal or audit.
• Juris Doctor or Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years strategic consulting / initiative management preferred.
• 3+ years people management preferred.
• Certifications: CIPP, CRP or CRCM are plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business initiatives for privacy compliance.
• Provide risk-based compliance advice to the business.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of privacy laws and trends.
• Interact with partners to influence processes and controls.
• Advise on remediation of findings and consumer complaints.
• Lead and collaborate with subject matter experts and testing teams.
