Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 4+ years of privacy law experience in government labs or IC/S&T.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required to access sensitive information.
• Ability to advise senior Government personnel and synthesize privacy policy.
• Experience applying government privacy laws and regulations to programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive briefs.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert privacy analysis, policy interpretation, and advisory support to senior Government personnel.
• Apply advanced techniques and practices in government privacy to resolve critical questions.
• Independently plan, coordinate, and execute privacy-related analyses and communications.
• Support privacy law application and compliance for S&T and RDT&E programs.
• Prepare clear written products, briefings, and memoranda for senior audiences.
• Coordinate with legal, policy, security, technical, and program stakeholders.
• Review handling practices to identify privacy implications and mitigation options.
