Job summary

Upbound Group is seeking a Senior Privacy Analyst to lead day-to-day privacy program operations across the company’s brands. You’ll drive PIAs, DPIAs, risk assessments, and evidence collection under the DPO, coordinating with Legal, IT, and Security to ensure regulator-ready documentation.

The role requires strong privacy law knowledge, vendor management, and experience with privacy governance platforms. On-site at our Plano, TX headquarters with opportunities to influence enterprise privacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Privacy, Law, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of privacy, third-party risk, or compliance experience.
• Experience with PIAs/DPIAs and DPAs required.

Responsibilities

• Lead privacy risk assessments, PIAs/DPIAs, and data-flow mapping.
• Review DPAs and data protection terms with vendors and Legal.
• Maintain privacy records, evidence, and dashboards for DPO review.
• Coordinate AI governance, data retention, and incident response readiness.
• Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional teams on privacy.
