Job summary

Upbound Group is seeking a Senior Privacy Analyst to lead day-to-day privacy operations across our brands. You will map data flows, conduct PIAs and DPIAs, and drive vendor privacy risk management under the DPO’s direction.

Collaborating with Legal, IT, and product teams, you will ensure regulatory compliance, data subject rights processing, and governance of AI initiatives. On-site in Plano, TX, with opportunity to influence enterprise privacy strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in privacy, law, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Five+ years of privacy, third‑party risk management, compliance, information security, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead privacy risk management, PIAs and DPAs across brands and subsidiaries.
• Review and redline DPAs; manage vendor privacy risk assessments with Legal and Procurement.
• Maintain AI governance, privacy inventory, disclosures, and reporting for DPO.
• Oversee data lifecycle, rights requests, and retention with IT, Security, and Product teams.
• Partner with Brand Privacy Leads; mentor junior staff and develop procedures and templates.
