Park Printing | Minneapolis–St. Paul, MN | Full-Time | Primarily On-Site
Park Printing is looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Senior Print Sales Executive to help grow our business across commercial print, retail graphics, signage, displays, packaging, and related solutions.
This is a true business development opportunity for a seller who knows the print industry, has established customer relationships, and enjoys creating new opportunities. You will not step into a predefined customer portfolio or a tightly restricted territory. Instead, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your own business while representing a broad range of print capabilities.
Our sales team is intentionally small, which means you will have room to pursue opportunities without competing against dozens of internal sellers calling on the same accounts.
If you know how to open doors, build lasting client relationships, and turn customer needs into print solutions, we want to talk with you.
What You'll Do
Solutions may include:
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
We'd Especially Like to Meet You If You Have
Don't check every box? We are still interested in strong salespeople. Deep experience in one area of print can translate well if you have the results, relationships, hunting ability, and interest in broadening the solutions you sell.
What Success Looks Like
This is a growth-focused role. A strong first-year benchmark is approximately $1 million in business, although we recognize that opportunity size and ramp will depend on the relationships, experience, and business a new seller brings to the table.
You'll have the freedom to pursue opportunities based on client relationships rather than being confined to a narrow geographic territory.
Compensation
Base salary: $85,000–$100,000, depending on experience, relationships, and the business opportunity you bring.
In addition to base salary, the role offers a 12% commission on value added. Commission is based on the value-added portion of the sale.
The compensation package can be structured with the experience and business potential of the individual in mind.
Park Printing offers benefits including:
Why Park Printing?
More capability to sell. You'll represent a broad portfolio that extends from traditional commercial print into wide-format graphics, retail signage, displays, packaging, fulfillment, and related solutions.
More room to build. With a small sales organization, there is considerably more opportunity to develop new relationships.
More ownership. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to hunt, build relationships, grow accounts, and own the customer experience rather than simply inherit and maintain an existing portfolio.
Real earning upside. Your base salary is paired with a performance-driven commission structure designed to reward the value you create.
Location & Work Style
This position is based in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area and is primarily an on-site opportunity. Park Printing values being close to the business and team while maintaining some flexibility for sales professionals based on customer and business needs.
If you're an accomplished print salesperson looking for more room to build, broader capabilities to bring to customers, and the opportunity to directly influence your earning potential, we'd like to hear from you.
