ABG Print in Midtown Manhattan, New York City is seeking an experienced Print Project Manager to own projects from inquiry to delivery. You will coordinate with Production, Client Services, and outside vendors to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will translate client goals into print specifications, prepare estimates, and manage timelines while maintaining exceptional communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in commercial printing, digital printing, wide-format printing, print production, print estimating, or print project management.

Responsibilities

• Own print projects from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Review customer requests and determine specifications, production requirements and timelines.
• Prepare accurate estimates and quotes based on project specs and constraints.
• Establish timelines and coordinate deadlines across teams and vendors.
• Monitor projects through production and address issues promptly.
• Ensure final products meet specifications and delivery requirements.
