Rifle Paper Co. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee product development and production across suppliers and product categories from concept to delivery.

This onsite/hybrid role is based in Winter Park, FL, with three days on-site and occasional extra in-office days to support priorities. You will manage domestic print production, on-demand programs, and select non-print categories, coordinating with Design, Merchandising, Planning, Quality Control, Logistics, and Sourcing to

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production, product development or related role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial print production and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with printers and suppliers from development to delivery.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/PLM or production tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Own production timelines from development through final delivery with key milestones and approvals.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, monitor progress and communicate updates.
• Identify risks related to timelines, capacity, materials, quality and drive resolution.
• Maintain accurate production records and update cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee reorders and ongoing production programs ensuring quality and cost objectives.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Planning, Quality Control, Logistics, and Sourcing.
• Support special projects including store exclusives and on-demand programs.
