Job summary

Morris Packaging in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a seasoned Print Manager to lead our wide web flexographic printing operations. You will drive process control, standardization, and continuous improvement while guiding a team of press operators and support staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years in flexographic printing with 3 years in a supervisory role, a Bachelor’s degree, and hands-on experience with lamination, inks, and substrates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of wide web flexographic printing, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety.
• Implement and enforce standardized work procedures for consistent results.
• Collaborate with Prepress, Maintenance, QA, and Scheduling for seamless workflow.
• Develop and maintain process control systems to monitor operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma or similar methods to reduce waste.
