Prisma is seeking an experienced Estimator for Offset and Web Press work in Phoenix, AZ. You will produce estimates, coordinate with sales and production managers, and leverage MIS software to enter data accurately.

Ideal candidates have print production experience, strong math skills, and proficiency with Excel and EFI Pace MIS. This role offers a full-time schedule with benefits and opportunities to contribute across departments.

• Estimating experience in print production
• Knowledge of print production processes
• Proficiency with MIS systems
• Proficiency with Excel and Word

Responsibilities

• Produce estimates for Offset & Web press print projects.
• Communicate with sales & production managers to estimate projects accurately.
• Coordinate with account managers for specs and paper availability.
• Collaborate with outside vendors when needed for quotes or processes not in house.
