Job summary

Prisma Graphic Corporation is seeking an experienced Estimator for Offset and Web Press work in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on producing accurate estimates for printing projects and coordinating with sales and production to fit equipment capabilities.

Ideal candidates will have print production knowledge, strong math skills, and experience with MIS systems like EFI Pace. A robust benefits package is offered along with a 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous estimating experience, print experience or on-the-job work experience for a print production company.
• Solid knowledge of the print industry's production processes.
• Competent computer experience.
• Skills in Excel and WORD programs a plus.
• Basic knowledge of printing papers.
• Solid mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce estimates for Offset & Web press print projects.
• Communicate with sales & production managers to estimate projects accurately and efficiently that fit our equipment.
• Communicate with sales and account managers for any issues with estimate specs or paper availability.
• Contact outside vendors when needed for quotes for processes that can’t be produced in house.

Level: Experienced Job Location: Phoenix - Phoenix, AZ 85040 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary Job Shift: Day Shift Job Category: Manufacturing Prisma is a one-of-a-kind company dedicated to helping businesses power their message to market through marketing, print and direct response, is looking for an Estimator for Offset and Web Press work. We are seeking to find someone with both printing and bindery background knowledge and is familiar working on an MIS system for estimate entry.

Primary duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce estimates for Offset & Web press print projects.
• Communicate with sales & production managers to estimate projects accurately and efficiently that fit our equipment.
• Communicate with sales and account managers for any issues with estimate specs or paper availability.
• Contact outside vendors when needed for quotes for processes that can’t be produced in house.
• Work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other departments.

Work Schedule:

• 8:00am to 5:00pm daily- Monday thru Friday
