Job summary

Prisma is seeking an experienced Estimator for Offset and Web Press work in Phoenix, AZ. You will produce estimates, coordinate with sales and production managers, and leverage MIS software to enter data accurately.

Ideal candidates have print production experience, strong math skills, and proficiency with Excel and EFI Pace MIS. This role offers a full-time schedule with benefits and opportunities to contribute across departments.

We are seeking to find someone with both printing and bindery background knowledge and is familiar working on an MIS system for estimate entry.**Primary duties and Responsibilities:**• Produce estimates for Offset & Web press print projects.• Communicate with sales & production managers to estimate projects accurately and efficiently that fit our equipment.• Communicate with sales and account managers for any issues with estimate specs or paper availability.• Contact outside vendors when needed for quotes for processes that can’t be produced in house.• Work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other departments.**Work Schedule:**• 8:00am to 5:00pm daily- Monday thru Friday## Qualifications**Characteristics of a Winning Candidate:**• Self-motivated and requires little supervision.• Attention to detail.• Ability to multitask and allocate time appropriately.• Flexibility and positive attitude.**Desired Skills and Experience:**• Previous estimating experience, print experience or on the job work experience for a print production company.• Possesses solid knowledge of the print industry's production processes.• Competent computer experience.• Skills in Excel and WORD programs a plus.• EFI Pace MIS system experiences a plus!• Basic knowledge of printing papers.• Solid mathematical skills.• Dedication to learning new systems or additional equipment capabilities.• Pay range dependent upon experience.**Benefits**• Paid holidays, PTO and PST time and a company match 401K• Competitive employee benefit package which includes Health, Dental and Vision Insurance.• Supplemental Insurance
